EE was getting ready to install a bearing. He squatted down to pick it up and his right knee popped. He notified a supervisor the same day, but didn't want treatment at that time. On March 31st his knee was no better. He then was sent to the clinic. Diagnosis is a Knee Impingement with restrictions.

EE WAS OUTSIDE WALKING TO HIS JOB, IT WAS VERY WINDY. A FOREIGN BODY BLEW INTO HIS LEFT EYE. THE EE STATES HE WAS WEARING SAFETY GLASSES.
