Employee stopped their off-road truck to use the onsite porta potty. While standing from the driver's seat to exit, they heard a loud pop in their knee and was unable to bear weight. They sat on the truck steps and eased down. Another employee assisted them to a vehicle and transported them to the ER.

EE had been bent over working on a pipe. He was walking across the yard when he experienced severe pain shoot up his back. It was originally diagnosed as muscle spasm but diagnosis has been changed to Sciatica. EE is on light duty.
Employee was operating the hammer. He noticed several spiders on the hammer and killed them. Apparently one of the spiders crawled up his pants leg and bit him on the thigh. By the 6th his leg had swollen and puss had formed. He went to the Medical Center where the bite was lanced and packed. Not sure what kind of spider it was. He is still undergoing treatment
Spider bite - got bite on both legs while cleaning out the lab. He thought it might be an ant or mosquito bite. Both legs were swollen the next day.
