Employee was standing on a short 3:1 slope and was prepared to pull a piece of plastic up slope. When employee raised the plastic sheet above the ground, a gust of wind pulled the plastic which was being held by employee. Employee was pulled forward down the slope, fell unrestricted head first down the slope landing with head and right shoulder hitting the ground first.

No violations of health and safety standards were observed or found to contribute to the employee's condition. Employee received medical treatment and was released the same day with no diagnosis.
