Mostrando los 10Employee was operating a haul truck when another employee noticed they were slumped over the steering wheel. The manager came down to check on them and they were unconscious. Upon wakening, the employee did not know who they were or where they were. Employee was taken by ambulance but found to be completely fine at the hospital.
Employee was exiting the equipment. As employee went to twist around to face out, one foot got caught on the other foot. Employee heard a pop and quickly felt pain in right foot.

After examination, medical staff decided employee need further care and sent them to the hospital. No injury attributed to the condition.

EE WAS BITH ON RIGHT SIDE OF NECK BY A SPIDER, WENT TO DOCTOR ON MONDAY MORNING.
EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING ON HOSE UNDER GALLION BLADE,WHEN HE WENT TO GET UP HE FELT A POP IN HIS RIGHT KNEE.
