Employee was operating a haul truck when another employee noticed they were slumped over the steering wheel. The manager came down to check on them and they were unconscious. Upon wakening, the employee did not know who they were or where they were. Employee was taken by ambulance but found to be completely fine at the hospital.

Mostrando los 5Employee was exiting the equipment. As employee went to twist around to face out, one foot got caught on the other foot. Employee heard a pop and quickly felt pain in right foot.
Employee was proceeding down the stairs, at the primary, to clock out for the evening. Employee placed left foot/leg on the first step. When employee went to bear weight on the leg, employee felt a pop in knee. Employee was diagnosed with a torn meniscus and sent the physical therapy beginning 11-02-2021. Employee is working full duty.
Employee was at work, sitting in a truck, when they started having chest pains. The supervisor felt they needed to get checked out and drove employee to the doctor. After examination, medical staff decided employee need further care and sent them to the hospital. No injury attributed to the condition.
