Cement dust in left eye. Employee states that he felt some cement dust in his left eye and went to irrigate it out. He did not notice a foreign body at all, only irritation. Employee states he was wearing his safety glasses. Dust caused abrasion to soft tissue. Prescription meds were prescribed to heal.

EMPLOYEEWAS WALKING THROUGH THE PLANT. WIND BLEW FOREIGN MATERIAL INTO RIGHT EYE. EMPLOYEE HAD ON SAFETY GLASSES, BUT IT WAS VERY WINDY. WENT TO AN OPTOMETRIST, HE REMOVED FOREIGN MATERIAL AND GAVE HER SOME EYE DROPS.
