Employee began to complain of chest pains and difficulty breathing. Area Supervisor was called and arrived in 10 minutes on site. They put EE in their truck and took EE to the local emergency room.

Two miners got into a fight and one left the scene and returned with a handgun and shot another miner(#1)in the leg. Miner #2 was shot in the head when he tried to stop him. EMS and law enforcement were called. The injured miner was taken to McCurtain Ballfield to meet life-flight.
