The injury occurred on a Sunday which is a non-workday for the company. The injured is not an employee but rather an investor/parts runner. The injured was conduction his usual routine parts evaluation and from what he recalls he slipped and fell landing on his arm which became fractured. The injured believes he may have blacked out causing him to lose footing. No witness.
