IE was standing on the truck dump with another EE near the pickup truck looking @ the dump. He turned to walk to pickup truck & tripped over a little rock and fell on his face, causing a lump on his head & bleeding. He must of fell on a hard object like a small stone.

Employee was climbing on 385 Hoe he said his foot slip on step and he caught himself with right hand, causing a sprain on his right wrist.

After fueling equipment, employee went back to his pickup waiting for everyone to show up for work. He was eating McDonalds, started to choke on food, got out of truck to get a drink of milk and fainted. He fell on ground, face first. Co-worker heard him yell for him and found him laying on the ground.

EE WALKING ACROSS SPOIL PILE, SLIPPED ON A LOOSE ROCK AND FELL DOWN ON RT KNEE, TWISTING IT.

EMPL WAS WORKING UNDER MACK END DUMP UPON GETTING UP FROM UNDER TRUCK HE HIT HEAD ON FENDER & FELL ONTO GROUND. HE RECEIVED SMALL CUT TO HEAD & HAD PAIN IN ELBOW RESULTING FROM FALL.

WHILE GETTNG DOWN OFF 235 BACKHOE I STEPPED ON A ROUND STONE AND SLIPPED AND FELL, BADLY TWISTING MY LEFT KNEE.

EMPLOYEE CLAIMS THAT HE SLIPPED WHILE LEVELING A LOAD OF COAL AND FELL TO THE GROUND. HE BROKE HIS RIGHT WRIST BONES AND CRACKED HIS PELVIS.
