Employee was walking up steps to drum feed 3 conveyor when right foot slipped off step and foot landed on previous step (no fall). Felt pain behind right knee area and swelling. Area was well lit and stairs were clear & dry. Employee was diagnosed with a blood clot in the back of the right knee.

EE found inside driver left front tire on floor (hands & knees).
Employee climbed up a 5ft fiberglass ladder and adjusted a few come-along that were used to lower a shovel house fan. As employee climbed down the ladder, EE missed the last step and fell to the ground landing on left ankle. Employee sprained left ankle.
