State Scale Inspector pulled his truck next to scale stepped out on wall. Began to walk toward another truck and lost footing and slipped and fell between truck and wall. Possibly hitting head or body on truck bumper.

EMPLOYEE WAS CLIMBING DOWN A EL-JAY SCREEN, AND HE FELL, CUTTING HIS CHIN ONA CONCRETE BLOCK.
PLANT WAS IN CONSTRUCTION PHASE. THE ELECTRICIAN WAS TESTING DIRECTION OF MOTORS, LABOR UNKNOWINGLY TO ELECTRICIAN, CLIMBED ONTO BELT TO MEASURE ITS LENGTH. BELT WAS TURNED ON, EE WAS THROWN O FF THE END OF THE CONVEYOR FALLING 25' ONTO A WATER PULL TRUCK AND THEN TO THE GROUND 8', INJURING HIS SHOULDER, ELBOW & RIBS.
