Employee was walking in quarry and tripped and fell on left shoulder due to uneven surface. Employee has now been diagnosed with a rotator cuff tear. At this point, our employee will continue to work his regular duty job but may have surgery this winter.

EE SLIPPED ON THE EDGE OF A SKIDSTEER BUCKET AND HIT HIS JAW.
EMP HAD JUST FINISHED CHANGING ROLLS ON CRUSHER FOR WHICH HE HAD BEEN USING A PRY BAR. THREW THEPRY BAR TO GROUND JUST AS ANOTHER EMP CAME AROUND THE CORNER. HE THEN WENT TO GRAB THE BAR AND H AD TO CATCH HIMSELF FROM FALLING WHEN HE TWISTEDHIS BACK.
