I.NAME HELD ONTO T HE LADDER WITH OTHER HAND BUT SPUN OFF THE LADDER WHEN HE LOST HIS BALANCE. WHEN HE SPUN OFF THE LADDER HE COLLIDED WITH THE FUEL TANK, BREAKING RIBS ON LOWER RIGHT SIDE.
