Mostrando los 5The employee was climbing down the ladder of the water truck after he checked to see if the pump was pumping water into the truck. As the employee was climbing down, he slipped off the rung, due to grease on his boots and partially cut himself before falling 8 feet to the ground. The employee bruised his back when he fell and landed on his back on the ground.
The employee was moving a 3" water hose when he slipped on an icy rock causing him to fall striking his left shin against another rock resulting in a contusion to his left shin.
