The EE was walking around service vehicle to work on the excavator, when he slipped on snow covered ice and fell on his left leg, spraining it slightly.
The employee was climbing down the ladder of the water truck after he checked to see if the pump was pumping water into the truck. As the employee was climbing down, he slipped off the rung, due to grease on his boots and partially cut himself before falling 8 feet to the ground. The employee bruised his back when he fell and landed on his back on the ground.
The employee was moving a 3" water hose when he slipped on an icy rock causing him to fall striking his left shin against another rock resulting in a contusion to his left shin.

As he tried to catch his balance he grabbed at the hose and pulled it towards his face. The hose clamps struck his nose and cheek, causing a small laceration that needed to be stitched.
