While climbing down from a ladder, miner grabbed an unsecure handle and was thrown off balance. Miner proceeded to jump off ladder and land on their feet due to off balance. Upon impact, miner fractured their right ankle. Height was approximately 6ft-9ft.

HIS FOOT SLIPPED OFF LADDER WHILE HE WAS TRYING TO CLEAN THE REAR CAB WINDOW, CAUSING FOOT FIRST FALL TO GROUND.
EMPLOYEE STARTED CLIMBING LADDER. LADDER SHIFTED CAUSING HIM TO FALL BACKWARDS HITTING HIS RIGHT ELBOW.
