Alleged accident and injury. EE elleged he fell backwards striking his back and head against the mine floor. Investigations made by the mine foreman and WV state mine inspector revealed no physical evidence to support the ee's claim.
Employee stated that while getting out of the truck, his foot got caught causing him to fall, he stated that his left leg and back hurts.
Employee was removing a fuel pump from truck, when he attempted to get off the truck he lost his footing and fell approximately 6'.
