Miner twisted ankle after falling while standing on a pallet with a rubber mat on it. Moderate sprain to left ankle. Expect miner to return to full duty w/ in 2 weeks w/ no impairment. Miner not wearing work boots per policy. Poor housekeeping. All miners counseled on PPE and proper housekeeping. Nonconductive surface re-engineered to prevent future occurence.
