Employee walking down an incline to the boot washroom slipped on ice fell on left wrist. There were steps and a walkway that could use, the employee took a short cut. This wasn't reported till the next day at 9:30am

EE stepped of the miner slipped twisting EE's left knee. Please note the accident occurred 10/30/24 EE could not see a specialist until January 6, 2025 and it was determined by the Doctor EE will be off work.

1 North Panel near spad 391 - while removing a regulator employee tripped and fell onto a concrete block, then a portion of the remaining regulator fell onto employee's back.
