EE was refueling a 990 CAT Loader. When finished, EE stepped down from the access ladder onto a 5" by 5" rock, lost EE's balance and fell down. EE sustained bruising, swelling and abrasions to EE's right knee, forearm and wrist.

LOST GRIP ON DRILL LADDER WHEN DESCENDING AND FELL. LANDED ON LEFT SIDE, INJURING HIP, LEG AND RIBS.
CLIMBINGN UP TO OPERATOR CAB OF CRANE, LEFT FOOTSLIPPED THROUGH 2ND STEP, CAUSING EE TO LOSE HIS GRIP ON LEFT HAND RAIL, AND FELL BACKWARDS.
