Mostrando los 7EEG, director of sales, was giving a plant tour to a customer. Weather had caused entire area to be icy. EE slipped, lost his footing, and hit spine on a 4" tire rut that was frozen. Employee is receiving physical Therapy.
At end of 2nd shift miner was completing task of moving train cars, while walking back to office he slipped & fell. Ground is level & flat but ice had formed over loose gravel during the night. EE WAS BRINGING PAPERWORK FROM HIS SHIFT INTO THE OFFICE. THOUGHT HE SAW A MATERIAL LEAK FROM A HOPPER. WALKED UNDER IT AND AS HE WAS LOOKING UP, SLIPPED ON SOME ICE AND FELL ON HIS LEFT ARM/R IBS. AT THE TIME IT WAS RAINING AND FREEZING ON CONTACT.
