Mostrando los 37An employee received a left ankle sprain when the employee's foot slipped out from under the employee when stepping down onto a slippery surface at the bottom of the stairway at the Primary Crusher.
Employee was climbing down from a D11 dozer. There was a rock stuck in the bottom step on the push arm. Employee's foot slipped on the rock. As left foot hit the ground, it landed unevenly, and ankle rolled inwards.
Employee was sitting in a chair in a conference room during a leadership meeting. Employee fainted and fell to the floor, striking forehead and left hand causing bruising to hand and head as well as minor abrasions to forehead. Employee regained consciousness within 10 seconds. No cause could be identified for fainting.
