Mostrando los 6EE was walking out to diesel tank when he slipped on ice and may have done internal damage to right knee by twisting it. Diagnostic testing will be done on January 5th, 2012 by an orthopedist.
EE was climbing ladder and fell back on his rear end when slipping on the second rung. His arms flew back and he contacted a protruding bolt on an elevator with his left forearm, causing a moderately smooth 3 inch long cut. He went to Wyoming Medical Center to have it stitched and returned to work to finish his shift by his own choice.
Employee was climbing out of the front-end loader when he stepped on a piece of lignite, causing him to slip. While falling he grabbed the side of the loader and pulled his shoulder, causing an acute shoulder strain.
Employee exited loader, failed to use the bottom step and heard and felt a loud pop in right knee. This caused him to fall down and to do some limping for awhile. A visit to the doctor the next day indicated he compressed the cartilage.
THE EMPLOYEE TWISTED LEFT KNEE WHILE STEPPING DOWN FROM A FRONT-END LOADER. THE KNEE SWELLED, WAS OBSERVED FOR A PERIOD OF TIME, AND SUBSEQUENTLY OPERATED ON FOR A TORN CARTILAGE ON DECEMBER 1 6, 2003. HE WAS PLANT OPERATOR AT TIME OF ACCIDENT AND PLANT MANAGER AT TIME OF SURGERY.
