EE stated he climbed over a rail on the dredge/float in order to grease a pulley, when stepping back over rail onto walkway, EE stated he felt a twing of pain in left knee. 5/5/08 EE was seen by Dr. and was told he a strain/sprain to left knee, gave EE medicine. EE started missing work on 5/7/08.
