Mostrando los 8IE was helping tie off pipe, the loader operator dumped an impeller out of the loader bucket which caused the pipe to move. The IE's leg was pinched between the pipe, knocking him off balance. Falling while his leg was pinched and broke his right fibula.

EMPLOYEE WAS WASHING THE WINDSHIELD OF THE LOADER HIS FOOT SLIPPED AND HE GRABBED ONTO LOADER TO KEEP FROM FALLING AND STRAINED HIS SHOULDER AND ARM.
