While walking across the cat walk of a 777 the miner slipped and fell to the ground approximately twelve feet landing on his right side. The result was 4 broken ribs and a bruised lung.

While trying to keep the fuel pump motor running, employee had to climb onto Fuel Truck to start. Employee slipped and fell off back of Fuel Truck onto his right side. There was a significant sleet accumulation and freezing rain during this shift. Employee was seriously injured. Fractured Collarbone, sternum, 1 fractured rib, 2 fractured back vertebra.

Employee had just finished fueling up equipment and while getting down from the fuel tank he slipped and hit his knee on the top step. The area was muddy where he was working.
Employee was fueling his dozer and while he was on the catwalk getting out of the cab he slippped and landed against the door frame hitting his right shoulder. It was early in the morning. The catwalk was damp and it was dark out.

EE WAS WORKING ON PIT TRUCK REPAIRING FUEL FILTER WHEN HE SLIPPED OFF THE FRONT OF THE TRUCK ANDLANDED ON HIS RT. FOOT WRONG, CAUSING A SPRAIN TO THE RT. ANKLE.

EMPLOYEE WAS STEPPING UP ON THE CARRIAGE WHEN HEJAMMED HIS HEAD INTO THE ROCK GUARD; THIS JAMMEDHIS HEAD INTO HIS NECK AND SPINE. HE WORKED THEREST OF THE DAY AND WENT TO THE DOCTOR THE NEXT DAY.
