Employee was walking on a slope and lost EE's footing, falling down the slope approximately 8-10 feet. Employee sustained muscle spasms from fall.

Employee was pushing pit run material to the feeder in a D10. Employee states struck a rock and this jarred EE around in the seat. EE stated that it started hurting later that day. *Injury was not reported by employee until 11/2/2023.
