An employee was under the jaw crusher shoveling material away from the tail pulley. As the employee was moving out of the area, they stepped over the material and fell sideways. The employee contacted their hard hat on an I-beam and received a laceration to their forehead.

Mostrando los 4Driller was attempting to put a grading in place when EE lost footing and slipped through the area around the head on the drill. EE hit just under EE's knee with the grading that was already in place. EE's helper helped EE out and EE went to the first aid kit; saw it was a deep cut and called Supervisor who in turn called Safety to assist. Went to the ER and received 10 stitches.
After adjusting a load of drill pipe on a telehandler, the operator bent down to pick up their wheel chocks and felt pain in their left shoulder.
The drill crew was tripping out HWT casing onto rod racks. As the casing was sliding down the slide it became wedged between 2 lower 20' sections of casing. The injured worker had to lift it out of the wedge and in the process they hurt their knee while straining.
