EE was performing end of shift clean up duties using a 2-inch-high pressure water hose at the concrete pad around the wet screening area. While EE was repositioning the hose EE said EE's right knee popped out and did not go back in as usual. EE was about an hour from the end of EE's shift; EE notified EE's supervisor who witnessed the accident and EE left to go to the hospital.
