While attempting to get into the passenger side of a private vehicle, employee rolled their right ankle and fell to the ground on their right side fall resulted in pain to the right hip. The employee then attempted to get to their feet again and fell on the same hip, causing more pain. The employee was transported to a medical facility in Reno, NV still trying to confirm diagnosis
