2 miners were installing a loader bucket liner. During the process while tack welding a section, the bottom of the jack slipped out of place striking the ee in the ribs. All ee involved were wearing the required PPE. The ee were truing to take extra precaution by eliminating any slippage of jack near the top of the bucket by welding on a strip of steal for the jack to brace against
