Buscar en el registro

Cutting cable with torch cable sprung out and knocked torch out of hand. Torch hit left wrist. 2nd and 3rd degree burn on approx. 3 inch area.

Employee stated he was in a boat when he was attempting to lift some heavy pipe and the boat moved causing him to twist and injury his back. He did not report to me until 6/11/07 at which time he raised his leg to climb steps and was unable to move.
