Employee was removing bolts from the MG and when he stood up, he struck his lower midddle back on the lower guard of the set resulting in restricted duty.

Employee was arc gouging on top of the dragline while lying on his side & some hot slag fell into his (R) ear. Incident was not reported to supervisor until 2 days later. Went to doctor on 4/3/06 & found that ear canal was infected, ear drum perforated. Employee was treated and released to return to work. Employee worked regular duty continuously.
