EE was notified at approx. 4:35 p.m. he was being laid off. At approx 4:40p.m. he wanted to report an accident. EE was operating a 672 John Deere Grader and reports he hit a rock in the haulroad and hurt his back and neck at approx 9:00 a.m. After reporting the incident he proceeded to leave the job site.
