At approximately 8:00AM employee noticed a piece of metal railing had fallen over at the main plant screen deck. At this time employee shut down plant and proceeded to the screen deck walkway to move the fallen railing. When employee went to lift the fallen section they felt a pop and pain in their right bicep. Metal railing section weighed approximately 50 pounds.

Mostrando los 5At approximately 10AM on July 31st employee was helping change the trough assembly weighing about 30 -40 pounds that was sitting on top of the lower belt at 5 feet off the ground. During handling of the trough lost grip and the assembly impacted EE's right boot causing a laceration. Employee received five stitches and zero work restrictions.
The employee was not clear of the suspended load. The conveyor support leg was landed on a 6" x 6" piece of wood which was unstable in this instance due to ground conditions. It kicked out causing the conveyor leg to impact the worker's foot.
Truck driver was filling water truck from trailer mounted pump at irrigation ditch. Tripped on water hose hitting his forehead and right elbow on concrete head wall. Was given first aid on site and taken to hospital where he received 4 stitches on nose.
Employee slipped in mud twisting his left knee while installing a 10" drain line. Knee became swollen and was diagnosed as a ruptured bursa sack. Doctor drained knee and put him on anti-inflammatory meds. He returned to work after 2 work days off and a weekend with no restrictions or permanent damage.
