An employee was walking underneath the finish screens on EE's way to repair a water line on a finish conveyor. As EE was walking under the screens EE slipped and fell on some fine dust and water that was on the concrete pad. This resulted in a fracture to EE's right fibula.

Mostrando los 5Contractor employee was installing a turbo charger on engine of a 773 Haul truck and while lifting turbo up with left arm, felt a pop in left shoulder and pain in shoulder. The restricted duty will be no overhead use of left arm for 1 week.
Employee was heating a frozen (cold) water valve. The heat caused rapid expansion and a piece of metal flew off and struck the person in the lower left jaw requiring three stitches to close. He was wearing a welding face helmet but turned just as the piece flew off.
Miner was removing cutting edges, used impact to loosen bolts, bolt spun, he stuck his hand under the edge to hold up on the bolt, it spun again, cutting through a two layer mechanic's glove, and made a laceration on his hand. Took him to the clinic, where a doctor put in 7 stitches to repair. He was released back to work.
