Employee was welding in a screen chute. It was a hot sunny day. while welding they accidentally touched their bald sweaty head against chute resulting in a shock from the welder. After the shock employee was breathing heavy and seemed confused, so I took them to the E.R. where they were released with zero restrictions.

Employee complained that EE was unstable, overheated, and was really red faced. We called 911 and the employee was taken to Mountain west medical center emergency department. EE was released that day.
