While cleaning out a process pond with a vac truck hose, the victim got some material on EE's upper arm which EE washed off. EE felt some irritation and then burning sensation so EE got out of the pond and used the emergency shower to wash off further. EE was still burning so EE was sent into the hospital in Fallon.

While welding windows on a carbon column tank, a fresh carbon transfer was happening in the area. During the transfer water that had carbon in it sloshed down onto the area of work. Water with carbon splashed onto the welder's hood while it was up and a piece of carbon got into their eye. They tried to flushed it out at the sink.

While standing near the ore stockpile, the employee stepped on a loose rock, lost their balance, and fell to the ground, resulting in discomfort to their wrist. The injury was reported on March 17, 2026.
