OPERATOR WAS RUNNING D4H CAT DOZER AND WAS FOUND LAYING BETWEEN BLADE AND DOZER. INVESTIGATORS ARE NOT SURE AT THIS TIME THE CAUSE OF THIS ACCIDENT.
