Three regulators, one page. SERNAGEOMIN keeps the registry of every mining installation; the SMA prosecutes environmental violations; the Dirección del Trabajo executes labor fines. Chile publishes the tax id (RUT) across all three, so the joins here are exact rather than name-matched, and the records are the regulators' own, kept verbatim in Spanish.
