EMPLOYEE HAD FINISHED DOTTING THE LINE O THE FACE OF THE NEXT LIFT HE WAS WORKING ON A NARROW WORK AREA & NOT WEARING HIS SAFETY BELT PROVIDED FOR HIM BY THE COMPANY THE WIND WAS GUSTING BUT I T WA S CLEAN & DRY EMPLOYEE FELL OFF THE LEDGE &DROPPED TO HIS DEATH APPROX 75FT ON A SOLID FLAT GRANITE 40FTX40FT CHANNEL BLOCK
