EE WAS NOT WEARING HIS LIFE JACKET WHEN HE WAS FOUND IN THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER. ALL EQUIPMENT WAS MOORED AT THE BANK. ROUTINE MAINTENANCE WAS BEING PERFORMED. CAUSE IS UNCLEAR WHY HE FELL.
