the miner was in the process of cutting piece of rubber to replace damaged skirting using utility knife the miner stated the utility knife cut their leg above the knee

EE was ensuring bucket pin did not contain pressure. Employee was using a pry bar to test for movement when the pin moved and the pry bar in a glancing blow struck the employee on the side of the forehead causing a laceration.
