Height of fall and rainy weather conditions.

990 Bucket - install of new segment - employee put hand to put pressure on seated bolt, bolt slipped and cut employee's hand, PPE was in use.

Struck against stationary object

Injury reported to company via MSHA inspector and Vermont DOL 8 days after ee stopped showing up for work for reasons unrelated to any injury. No report of injury from personnel onsite during any interview. We do not know anything other than ee states ""banged knee"". He has sought medical attention without our knowledge, have not seen medical reports.
