Struck by falling object

Employee was taking driveline off #305 685 Komatsu Truck. Employee's hard hat fell off and he bent down to pick it up and driveline fell out striking the employee in the top of the head causing a laceration. Employee went to Logan Regional Medical Hospital and received two staples to his head and was released to return to work.
