He was drilling a hole in the mine floor with hand drill and caught his finger on the drill steel keeper pin. His right ring finger was cut. 9 sutures required.
He was going up ladder, his foot slipped and he fell forward and hit his forehead. His safety glasses cut his forehead at the eyebrow. Sutures were required - no lost time.
EE started missing work due to self-sickness. We rec. notification on 11/16/10 that he has filed for Occupational Disease - Coal Work Pneumoconioses
