While lifting power cable onto the tub hooks of a dragline employee felt pain in his left bicep.
Employee was removing the muffler from a F250 pickup. The employee removed the brackets from the section next to the muffler and was in the process of removing the remaining brackets on the tail pipe section. When the muffler came loose, the bracket pinched the employee's left middle finger against the truck frame.
Employee was loading roof mesh and stepped off mesh onto crib block rolling his right ankle.
Employee was preparing to task train another employee, the injured employee started a 3.5 scoop, the machine turned and pinched the employee.
After drilling first drill steel he put in second one. When bringing the drill box down along with the steels, the top one fell out of the bottom steel and the room. The drill steel hit the right eye.
Chipping rock floor with jack hammer, moved hammer and rested it on left foot, hit trigger and pushed hammer into left big toe.

The tray slid off of the push plate pinching employee's finger between winch cable and push plate. His wound required stitches to close and was placed on restricted duty.
MN xc #8 belt line painting numbers on stoppings when his boot got stuck in the mud wrenching his back. It was on the 4 to 5xc side of the belt. He was trying to pull his boot out of the mud when he twisted his back.
Employee was standing beside scoop with his hand on the frame work of the scoop. He told operator to retract push plate, his finger was caught between frame and push plate. Wound required stitches to close and was placed on restricted duty for 3 days.
Employee was changing a hose on a longwall shield, shield was locked out. An adjacent shield moved causing some motion to the shield being worked on. Employee's foot was pinched and fractured a toe. He has been placed on restrictive duty.
Employee was helping in the fixing of a feeder breaker chain, in this process the chain slipped and pinched his finger between two links of the chain. The finger was fractured and he was placed on restricted duty.
Employee was lowering mesh on the longwall face with the use of a hand winch. The employee released the winch, the handle of the winch struck the employee in the hand, this action fractured a bone on the top of his hand. He has been placed on restricted duty.
A small piece of roof rock fell and struck employee on side of head as well as on his left shoulder. Late reporting due to investigation and acquiring of medical diagnosis.
While opening cable jacket on shuttle car cable, the knife slipped and cut employee's finger. The laceration required stitches to close.
While setting up the #1 entry for production, a piece of rib fell and struck employee. He received a laceration to his leg, the wound required stitches to close.
Employee was stacking cribbing material along with other employees. The injured miner had just stacked a crib block when another employee stacked a crib block, the block cut the employee's finger, the wound required stitches to close.
Setting timber in 8th right crosscut 37 and a piece of coal fell and hit EE in the head causing him to fall to the floor. Employee complained of hurt shoulder right side. The piece of coal measured approximately 12"" to 14"" long by 6"" to 7"" high. Employee was taken to the hospital as a precaution and returned to his next scheduled shift.
After sliding a steel I-Beam, employee stood up and a piece of rock struck him in the head, this knocked him down and he struck his face on the steel beam. He received stitches to close the wound and a broken tooth.
