Accident type, without injuries

Built up shredded wood chips and tire chips that were left from previous work on rotary feeder (floor 5) caught fire. Damage consisted of electrical conduit and air regulators for the air line.

Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

Employee was unfamiliar with this type of Freight Elevator and while closing the elevator door, smashed EE's ungloved hand between the doors.

Over-exertion in lifting objects

Worker was sliding scraper liners on a pallet and felt a strain on left side of stomach.
