Struck against stationary object

Miner was injured on 10/7/2019 and continued working until 12/18/2019 when miner's doctor put miner off of work. Miner was climbing down a ladder of a haul truck when miner stepped on a rock and hurt knee.

Over-exertion in pulling or pushing objects

While climbing up into the drill to move it, employee grabbed the handle with right arm and used left arm to grab the steering wheel and felt something pull in left shoulder.

Over-exertion in pulling or pushing objects

While pushing a piece of plywood employee felt pop in right shoulder.

Over-exertion in lifting objects

While placing lifting strap on pipe employee experienced a strain to lower back.

Struck against stationary object

While working at the primary crusher doing maintenance employee stepped on a bolt and rolled their right ankle.

Over-exertion in pulling or pushing objects

Miner was working on bearing housing when they felt a pop in the lower back.

Fall onto or against objects

While descending a ladder employee lost footing and fell sideways. Employee cut arm on an unknown piece of metal. Employee was taken to the hospital where employee received seven staples to close the wound. Employee released back to work with no restrictions.
