The employee was walking on the side of the truck scale watching a truck pull in to load and tripped on the supersucker hose coiled up on the floor.

The employee was trying to unplug a 6"" FastVac hose with a 5' pipe. While swinging at the hose he missed it and struck the inside of his right foot, causing a contusion.
