Over-exertion in pulling or pushing objects

While moving a drum of air compressor oil using a hand truck, employee felt a twinge in the left side groin area. Employee kept on working. Later in the morning pain developed and a bump appeared in the same area. Note: injury IS NOW REPORTABLE DUE TO SCHEDULED SURGERY ON 11/16/16.

Over-exertion (Not Elsewhere Classified)

The Palumbo Truck driver slipped down the last set of stairs when heading into the bulk loading office. Wet shoes appear to have contributed to slip. Note: The injured is not an employee of Lehigh Northeast Cement.
