Employee was adjusting excavator screws with an industrial cricket when he hit his face on the left side. He feels intense pain on the left side of his face.

EE alledges that while removing an engine part from a loader he made an effort to loosen the screws when he felt a pain in his lower back.

The employee was cleaning the crusher with the water hose, he slipped sideways.
